The reality of Metaverse based crypto projects: Report

The current situation of the Metaverse concept is much better for the crypto projects to grab attention but in the long run, it will not be useful because crypto projects are trying to integrate Metaverse forcibly. 

After the announcement of Facebook to rebrand into Meta, many tech innovations are doing their best to integrate their services with the Metaverse. In short, we can say that almost every project is trying to grab huge attention with Metaverse. In this list, not only non-crypto but also many crypto projects are trying to get their hands wet. 

There are several crypto projects and each of them entered the crypto space with a unique use concept. Few of them were not more than simple game-based projects and without any use case. 

Here we can’t take the name of any crypto project in particular but simply a crypto trader can do research on the launching date of a crypto project and current popularity because of Metaverse. 

It is a very common thing for almost every crypto project to go with the trend. If any crypto project has an option to link their initiative with the current trend then surely they will do, otherwise who will give attention to a silent crypto project. 

The whole concept of Metaverse exists in the use case. And the main aim of the Metaverse is to bring people closer with the use of technology, even they are sitting miles away from each other like VR headsets and sensor gloves. 

Crypto Metaverse project vs Bitcoin 

Most of the crypto projects, which are entering this crypto space with the concept of Metaverse trend, are claiming that their main aim is to power those high-level data processing, which will be used in virtual and augmented reality-based projects. 

If any genuine crypto project will do the same then in that situation, it will be much tougher to adopt the technology over the Bitcoin blockchain network. 

To give high GPU power to the virtual reality-based games and meeting-based projects, a huge amount of energy will be consumed and that will be a very high amount over the energy consumption by the Bitcoin blockchain network. 

On one side already there are numbers of people, which are not ready to see Bitcoin mining operations because of high energy consumption, then how these crypto projects can run smoothly without any global support like Bitcoin.
