In the present time, the crypto industry is fully unregulated under the jurisdiction of the US but still several high-profile fund managers provide Bitcoin investment, and a handsome number of institutional investors invest in Bitcoin.

In the past several years, US enforcement agencies uncovered several suspicious illegal crypto activities e.g. money laundering, dark web payment, hacking attacks, scams, etc.

Through the enforcement actions, so far the US agencies collected nearly 200,000 Bitcoins, and the valuation of this amount of Bitcoin at the current trade price is nearly $5 billion which is itself a very big number.

The majority of these bitcoin numbers were collected by the US IRS & Ministry of Finance from the bad actors.

However, some people are considering this information as a positive thing for Bitcoin but some experts shared their opinions in a very negative way.

The majority of the experts believe that someday the US government will liquidate these funds publicly and that will bring a big downfall in the trade price of Bitcoin across all the crypto exchanges and that may probably act as a catalyst to bring a very long bear season for this innovative market.

Some people shared their positive opinions and said that the government will follow a better plan and it will always hold always a particular amount of Bitcoin numbers & will only sell directly to any financial institution or crypto firm.
