Vitalik aims to scale the Ethereum network in 2023
Vitalik Buterin shared that he will focus on multiple development works to scale the Ethereum network this year.
Vitalik Buterin is a co-founder of the Ethereum blockchain. Ethereum co-founder is also known for his excellency in computer programming. Initially, he jumped into the Crypto industry as a founder of the Bitcoin-supportive news website “Bitcoin Magazine” but later he focused to work on a blockchain network that can bring new use cases for the Crypto sector.
Recently a Crypto Twitter user tweeted and asked the community people that at which things they will be bullish on in 2023.
In response to that tweet, Vitalik responded and said that he will focus on the development works in support of the “basic rollout scaling” of the Ethereum blockchain network, which includes many phases and can take many years to reach the final destination.
The response tweet from Vitalik confirmed that Ethereum devs will only focus on the small-level scaling development works, which will help the new development works in the future.
In 2021 & 2022, Vitalik many times said that Ethereum will take several years to achieve real scalability on the Proof-of-stake (PoS) consensus, and in that time frame, we should remain dependent on the Ethereum Scaling networks like Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, etc.
Around 2.5 months ago, on 15 Sep 2022, Ethereum devs successfully merged the mainnet of the Ethereum Proof-of-work (PoW) blockchain on the Beacon PoS blockchain.
