Ethereum developers will now focus on two things in the next 2 years 2

The Ethereum co-founder talked about the two important things on which the developers of Ethereum blockchain will work in the next two years as a priority.

Vitalik Buterin, the co-founder of Ethereum blockchain, is a legend in the crypto sector because of his success as the biggest Crypto project developer. Vitalik is a Russian and he is also a popular Canadian programmer. Initially, Vitalik launched Ethereum blockchain officially on 30 July 2015 with other co-creators.

On 26 September, Vitalik Buterin appeared in an interview with Bankless podcast, where he talked about the most important development works in the Ethereum blockchain ecosystem after “TheMerge”.

Vitalik said:

“I think there are two big priorities. One of the priorities is to get scaling figured out. And I mean that at all layers of the ecosystem, like getting the Ethereum protocol fully roll-up ready,”

So the priority of the Ethereum developers will be to introduce scalability in the Ethereum blockchain, which was the main aim with the merge of the Ethereum blockchain to the Proof-of-stake Beacon chain.

Further Ethereum co-founder emphasized the need for rapid development work, which is necessary because Ethereum just came from a Proof-of-work consensus. In short, Vitalik asserted the need for huge development work to make the Ethereum Proof-of-stake blockchain ecosystem favourable for other protocols.

According to Vitalik, Ethereum developers don’t need to take huge tension about new protocol changes because only small important changes work are remaining.

In the past, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik talked about these post-merge development works. At that time, he said that we need to remain dependent on Ethereum Layer2 scaling solution networks because after “TheMerge” Ethereum will need up to 2 years to show the real impact in terms of scalability and network fees.
