Past Dogecoin developer says doge to reach $1 but there is a catch 5

Billy Markus predicted the price for Dogecoin to hit $1 by the day and tried to share a unique funny meme with his prediction in the Crypto industry.

Dogecoin is a popular meme coin, which is popularly known for support from the world’s richest person Tesla CEO Elon Musk. The project team behind the Dogecoin project was re-established in Q4 2021, under the leadership of Elon Musk. Currently, Dogecoin is standing at 11th rank, because of all the activity of the developer team and the support of Elon.

On 16 April, Billy Markus, past Dogecoin co-developer, tweeted that Dogecoin will touch $1 by the end of the day and further published another tweet and wrote “in Hong Kong dollar”.

In this way, Billy tried to create a meme joke for Dogecoin investors. However, the majority of the people took this joke in funny way but few people criticized him for his such type of stupid joke and claimed that Billy tried to degrade Dogecoin’s reputation.

AMC to accept Dogecoin

Just a couple of days ago, AMC Theaters CEO Aron Adam announced that his AMC entertainment online services are buyable with Dogecoin payment including some other flagship Cryptocurrencies for the AMC entertainment App users.

The current price of Dogecoin is $0.143 and this price is 24% high over the last 30 days, which is a better signal for the potential buy support for this coin.

However, Dogecoin’s current position in the crypto industry is standing at a better level because of the Tesla CEO’s support but here we should not ignore the unique development works by the Dogecoin project’s engineers.

This week, the Dogecoin Foundation, the nonprofit organization behind Dogecoin, stated that they are working on the RadioDoge concept to bring features for the Dogecoin transactions and trade without access to internet services.
