Dogecoin and Bitcoin both are the same: Billy Markus
Billy Markus explained to the Crypto world, how Dogecoin is better like Bitcoin because of its same technology use.
Dogecoin is a popular meme coin. This coin took birth in 2013 and at that time majority of the crypto blockchain networks were operating on Proof-of-work Consensus, so it was very usual for Dogecoin to go with Proof-of-work-based Consensus. However, the birth of Dogecoin was a fun experiment but later it grabbed better community support. Even in the present time, it is getting better support because of the Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
Billy Markus, popularly known as Shibetoshi Nakamoto on Twitter, was a Dogecoin co-developer who is no longer in this project. Billy remains active on Twitter to promote Dogecoin and crypto adoption in his unique way of explanation about the advantages and benefits of crypto use cases.
On 29 January, Billy tweeted a meme where a person is wearing a Dogecoin mask and when the mask was removed, there was my Bitcoin.
In this way, he tried to explain to the community that Dogecoin and Bitcoin are based on the same technology because of the same Proof-of-work Consensus operations and decentralized nature.
This is not the first time when Billy hinted to the community that both Bitcoin and Dogecoin are based on the same technology. Around a few days ago, Billy tweeted that Dogecoin and Bitcoin are based on the same software coding. Billy also noted that 99%+ coding of Dogecoin is the same as Bitcoin.
In 2021, Billy revealed that Dogecoin origin was a joke-based experiment but it grabbed huge popularity. Due to its huge traction in the crypto industry, the majority of the other crypto project team were jealous of Dogecoin project fame. And the situation forced Billy to leave the project as its official Creator. Later the team behind the Dogecoin project disappeared but in mid of 2021, the team again started to work.
