Wright will pay $100M over 1.1 million Bitcoins case: Miami court

Wright will pay $100M over 1.1 million Bitcoins case: Miami court 2

Finally, a long-term case has been solved with lots of questions in favour of Craig Wright.

Craig Wright worked with Dave Kleiman to mine around 1.1 million Bitcoins. In 2013, Dave died. After the death of Dave, Wright claimed that he is the owner of all the mined Bitcoins. But the lawyers of Dave claimed that Wright is trying to deceive and wants to grab all the Bitcoin money.

The case was running in Miami court since 2013. In the court, the main initiative of the all-hearing was to figure whether both of these two people are owners of half-half mined Bitcoins or not, but it was not an easy task for the court.

Many times in court, Wright claimed that he is the real creator of Bitcoin and also he made all these things himself. Dave was only working with him as a helper.

As the case is over now, and as per order, Wright will have to pay $100 million to Dave. And the court also claimed that Wright deceived Dave.

In response to the final result of this case, Wright said that the case hearing is over in his favour.

Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto

Wright claimed many times that he is Satoshi Nakamoto– Creator of Bitcoin, but most of the experts dismissed the statement of Wright because many reasons and factors were indicating that Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto.

In the present time, there are many cases related to Wright with other crypto-related matters. Recently, Dave filed a case against a Developer and claimed that he wants his $5 Bitcoin back that got stolen.

In June 2020, Wright said that he is the owner of the funds that got stolen during a hack attack on the mt gox exchange in 2014.
