Cardano backed DEX Announces Launch soon on testnet 6

SundaeSwap Labs announced that it will launch the exchange on the testnet on 5 December.

After the introduction of the smart contract feature in the Cardano blockchain network with Alonzo hard fork, many crypto projects are eying to establish their crypto exchanges on the Cardano blockchain network. SundaeSwap is a decentralized crypto exchange project aimed to be deployed on the Cardano blockchain network.

Through the medium, on 2 December, SundaeSwap Labs announced that they will launch their Dex on the Cardano testnet blockchain network on 5 December.

After the launch, thousands of people will be able to try the Dex that shows how it is working and functional on the Cardano network.

The main aim of this launch is just to figure out the bugs and coding errors in the project so that the development team can fix the issues on the Cardano mainnet.

And also, this initiative of the SundaeSwap Labs will help the core development team of the Cardano network, Input-output Hong Kong global (IOHK), to find the possible change to adjust the performance metrics of the Cardano network under the heavy load of the crypto projects.

“Our tenet is the perfect opportunity to put the new parameters under load so they can assess performance and further raise these limits.”

Such initiatives of the Dex will give an option to decentralized finance a scalable and faster system.

Cardano Team on the efficiency of Cardano

According to the Cardano developer team, currently, the Cardano network is using only 25% of its capacity to handle the load. That means Cardano has around 4 times more traffic handling capacity on the network.

But the Cardano team also knows that Cardano users are increasing day by day. Over last year, Cardano core wallet users surged by around 10 fold. So the Cardano team is working on the Cardano blockchain to increase the memory of the Plutus script and also increase the block size.
